Sliding structure and device using the same for holding mouse cable

A sliding structure and a device using the same for holding a mouse cable are provided. The sliding structure includes a base, a sliding button, an abutting member and an elastic element. The base has a rail with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the second surface. The sliding button is disposed on the first surface and movable between plural positions of the rail. The abutting member is disposed on the second surface and combined with the sliding button via a fastening element. The elastic element is disposed between the sliding button and the abutting member, such that the abutting member applies a pre-loading force to the second surface of the rail.
