Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a hard coat film whereof the adhesiveness of a hard coat layer is excellent, which has high adhesiveness to an adhesive (wettability toward the adhesive), and in which the occurrence of interference fringes is prevented. This hard coat film is provided with a hard coat layer containing an ionizing-beam-curable resin and a leveling agent on at least one surface of an acrylic base material film or a cyclo-olefin polymer base material film. On the hard coat layer surface, the contact angle of water is 70 degrees or lower, and the contact angle of hexadecane is 20 degrees or lower.
