Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a flexible mold with a variable thickness, which is mainly a mold body with nano-imprinted microstructures on the bottom, and the thickness of the mold body gradually increases from its periphery to the middle. If subjected to a force or displacement, the flexible mold with varying thickness of the present invention will generate a greater amount of compression, resulting in a greater contact pressure between the microstructure on the bottom of the mold body and the object to be imprinted. Based on the difference of the thickness of the mold body, the deformation of the mold body is controlled when the mold is released, so as to improve the defect caused by the release of the mold under greater angle or abrupt pressure release in the prior art.
