Zusammenfassung:This invention discloses a learning system comprising a learning platform, a Heart Rate Variability (HRV) monitoring unit, and a database; the learning platform comprises a management module and a behavior response collecting module; the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) monitoring unit comprises a Heart Rate Variability (HRV) monitoring module and a Heart Rate Variability (HRV) feedback module. The behavior response collecting module is for recording a set content relevant to a learning material as well as an user's learning operation process and a learning response process relevant to the learning material. The Heart Rate Variability (HRV) feedback module is for receiving a Heart Rate Variability (HRV) value generated by the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) monitoring module and converting the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) value into a cognitive load capacity corresponding to the user.
