Zusammenfassung:	An illuminating decorating assembly and method for forming the same are provided. The illuminating decorating assembly includes a first decorating, a second decorating and an illuminating element. At least one of the first decorating and the second decorating has a patterned notch, wherein a portion of the illuminating element being located as the illuminating element being disposed between the first decorating and the second decorating. The illuminating element includes a fixing layer, a lead and a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs). The lead is disposed on the fixing layer, and the LEDs are electrically connected with the lead and disposed in the patterned notch, wherein at least one of the first decorating and the second decorating is translucent.
