Traffic adjudication support system and method thereof capable of quickly generating event records and driving behavior information after the occurrence of a traffic accident

The present invention provides a traffic adjudication support system and method thereof. A processing module of said system transmits data through a communication interface to an external on-board unit (OBU) encountering an accident event to obtain vehicle sensing information of the OBU, and analyze the vehicle sensing information to provide the driving behavior information of the accident event to the vehicle equipped with an OBU. Therefore, when a traffic accident occurs, the user can present driving behavior information generated by the traffic adjudication system as evidence to lessen the burden of proof when dealing with the verdict.
