Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a porous gel-type cosmetic composition, which comprises a pre-gel (A), a porous fiber material (B), a functional additive (C) and a polyol solvent (D). The present invention also provides porous gel-type cosmetics and a method of producing the same. The porous gel-type cosmetics are produced by a dispersing step, an absorbing step, and a cooling-shaping step, in which the porous fiber material (B) is not dissolved in the pre-gel (A) and the polyol solvent (D). The porous gel-type cosmetics have functions such as maintaining, cleaning, recovering, relaxing and/or massaging a human skin.
