Zusammenfassung:	This precoated metal plate includes a metal plate and a paint film which is provided on at least one an average particle diameter of 200 to 400 nm and the content of the white pigment is 0.5 to 4.0 mass% and which has a thickness of 5 to 30 [mu]m. The white pigment is at least one selected from titanium oxide, zinc oxide, barium sulfate, basic carbonate and silica. In the paint film, the content of the bright pigment is defined as A in mass%, and the content of the white pigment is defined as B in mass%, the value of B/A is 0.03 to 0.27.
