Zusammenfassung:	An aqueous-dispersion type polycarbonate-based polyurethane resin composition obtained by subjecting a urethane prepolymer having isocyanate groups at the terminals to chain extension with a polyamine compound having, in the molecule, two or more amino groups of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of primary amino groups and secondary amino groups, the urethane prepolymer being a product obtained by reacting an organic polyisocyanate with polyols comprising a polycarbonate diol including structural units derived from 1,10-decanediol and a polyhydric alcohol having hydroxyl groups as the only functional groups and having a molecular weight of 400 or less.
