Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is a composite sheet able to serve as an electromagnetic wave-suppressing sheet that can be reduced in thickness and weight. This composite sheet is provided with a carbon fiber aggregate and a resin that is impregnated and solidified in the carbon fiber aggregate. The resin is at least one type selected from the group consisting of poly(vinyl acetal) resins, epoxy resins, acrylic resins, polyimide resins, polyamide resins, ethylene-propylene rubbers, ethylene-propylene-diene rubbers, butyl rubbers and chloroprene rubbers.
