Flexible pixel array substrate and display panel

A flexible pixel array substrate including a flexible substrate, signal lines, at least two thin film transistors and pixel electrodes is provided. The flexible substrate has an active region and a peripheral region outside the active region. The signal lines are disposed on the flexible substrate. The at least two transistors electrically connected to the signal lines are arranged in matrix on the active region of the flexible substrate. Each of the thin film transistors includes a semiconductor pattern, a gate, a first inorganic insulation pattern, a source and a drain electrically connected to the semiconductor pattern. The pixel electrodes are electrically connected to the at least two thin film transistors. Specially, first inorganic insulation patterns of the at least two thin film transistors are separated from each other. Moreover, a display panel including the flexible pixel array substrate is also provided.
