Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a camera module. The camera module includes a lens unit, a vibration unit, and a magnetic unit. The vibration unit surrounds the lens unit and is separated from the vibration unit. The magnetic unit is positioned surrounding the vibration unit, and is separated from the vibration unit. The lens unit includes a first coil and the vibration unit includes a second coil. When the first coil is energized, the first coil drives the lens unit to move under the function of the magnetic unit. When the second coil is in energized, the second coil drives the lens unit to move under the function of the magnetic unit. The present invention also provides an electronic device having the camera module.
