Squatting and standing fitness device capable of being used for training legs and lumbar strength

The present invention relates to a squatting and standing fitness device and, more particularly, to a squatting and standing fitness device capable of being used on the ground, which is constituted by a main frame body. The middle section of the main frame body is pivotally provided with a lifting and stretching unit disposed at the rear of the user. The front end of the main frame body is pivotally provided with a pushing and pulling unit disposed in front of the user. The bottom of the pushing and pulling unit is pivotally connected with the middle section of the lifting and stretching unit through a connecting rod. Furthermore, the main frame body is provided with a pedal set. As a result, when the user steps on the stepping pads of the pedal set with his/her feet, the main frame body can stably stand on the ground by using the center of gravity of the user's own body. When squatting down, the user can hold the pushing and pulling unit with his/her hands, so that the pushing and pulling unit enables the li
