Certificate pre-signing system and method for forecasting request flow storing a pre-signed certificate status into the certificate database

This invention relates to a certificate pre-signing system and method for forecasting a request flow. The certificate pre-signing system is mainly composed of an online certificate status communication protocol server, a reply signing subsystem, a certificate database and a request flow forecasting system, wherein the request flow forecasting system can be used for counting the past inquiry request records in the certificate database, and a request flow grouping method is used to distinguish certificate request behaviors in different time periods, then, a request flow forecasting method is used to forecast the request flow in every time period, and finally, the reply signing subsystem is used for pre-signing in a request flow off-peak time period according to the forecast request flow, and a pre-signed certificate status is stored into the certificate database.
