Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hard coat film which has excellent hard coat adaptability such as transparency, curl and hardness, while having excellent durability (light-resistant adhesion). A hard coat film according to the present invention has a hard coat layer containing an ionizing radiation curable resin on at least one surface of a base film. The ionizing radiation curable resin is composed of an epoxy (meth)acrylate resin having a weight average molecular weight of 500 or more (component A) and a (meth)acrylate resin containing no epoxy group (component B). The blending ratio (in terms of parts by weight) of the component A to the component B, namely (component A):(component B) is within the range of from 30:70 to 45:55. The hard coat layer has a film thickness within the range of from 4 [mu]m to 15 [mu]m.
