The outer rail is slidably sleeved outside of the inner rail, multiple teeth are formed in the outer rail, and the teeth are arranged along a longitudinal direction of the outer rail. The pawl is arranged in the inner rail and pivoted the inner rail, the pawl his engaged with at least a tooth. The drive link is inserted in the inner rail and pivoted the inner rail, one end of the drive link is arranged corresponding to the pawl, and a fulcrum holder is formed on the drive link. The elastic reset lever is inserted in the inner rail and across the inner groove provided on the fulcrum holder, one end of the elastic reset lever is connected to an inner wall of the inner rail, the other end of the elastic reset lever is connected to the other end of the drive link and the drive link is thereby positioned to an initial position.
