Zusammenfassung: | A method for detecting albumin based on colorimetry and system thereof are disclosed. Gold nanoparticles are added into the detecting device having the sample without the markers, wherein the sample without the markers is adjusted to the alkaline solution to avoid the interference species coating on the gold nanoparticles. The gold nanoparticles are concentrated by using the micro-concentrator with the circular ion exchange membrane by applying an external field across two electrodes. The image of the concentrated gold nanoparticles is captured by the image capturing device for measuring the nature saturation values of the image, wherein there is a relation between the nature saturation values and the concentration of the albumin in the sample without the markers. The concentration of the albumin of the sample without the markers is obtained by the relationship and the measured nature saturation values of the nature image captured by the image capturing device. |
