Network device allowing temporary access to network settings and method thereof allowing an user to use a predetermined network address to connect the network device in the temporary management mode

A network device allowing temporary access to network settings and the method thereof are disclosed. When a mode-switching condition is satisfied, a network device switches from a working mode to a temporary management mode, which allows an user to use a predetermined network address to connect the network device in the temporary management mode. In some embodiments, temporary accounts and passwords can further be used to login the network device, so as to perform settings on the network device or query the previously set administrative network address. After the mode-switching condition is not satisfied, the network device goes back to the working mode to continue the previous tasks without requiring the user to set the network device again.
