The present invention provides a ombined nanostructured lipid carrier, which is an O/F/W-type complex nanostructured lipid carrier containing Kopcinol fabricated by using a mixing material of liquid lipid and solid lipid, wherein this combined nanostructured lipid carrier has the advantages of high encapsulation (90~92%), high drug-loading rate, high stability (zeta-potential=|21.4|~|65| mV), low toxicity, and excellent drug-eluting property. Furthermore, a composition of the O/F/W-type complex nanostructured lipid carrier containing Kopcinol can be used for being a functional skin-care product, so as to be helpful in promoting the skin whitening, the elimination of sweat stain and freckles, and the inhibition of melanin generation.
