Zusammenfassung:	A rotational blade (3) includes: a blade receiving base (6) having a plurality of attaching surfaces (6a) which are formed in a circumferential direction thereof; and a shredding blade (22) which is capable of attaching to each of the plurality of attaching surfaces (6a). The shredding blade (22) includes a first shredding blade (8a) and a second shredding blade (8b). The first and second shredding blades (8a, 8b) are arranged in a row along the axis of a rotational shaft (2). The position of a first cutting edge portion of the first shredding blade (8a) is offset from the position of a second cutting edge portion of the second shredding blade (8b) in a rotational direction (R) of the rotational shaft (2).
