Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a manufacturing method of protective appliance for sports and a protective appliance for sports manufactured by the method, in which a vacuum formation process is used to convert a thin board panel into a thin casing, so that the thin casing is installed with a plurality of bumps at intervals on its surface, and an accommodating space is formed by an inner surface of each bump. Furthermore, each accommodating space is filled with a packing material and, finally, a base material is used to seal up the bottom of the thin casing, so that the packing material filled inside the accommodating space does not come off, which greatly improves the manufacture efficiency and product quality. As a result, the protective appliance for sports manufactured by the method requires no sewing process that results in thickness increase, thereby improving agility when wearing the protective appliance.
