Zusammenfassung:To provide a high-reliability seismic isolator capable of presenting a stable energy absorption performance even for severe earthquake motion input by freely setting a resistance force of a built-in core in a damper built-in seismic isolator. A damper core built in a laminated rubber is configured as a composite metal core formed by combining two kinds of metal materials. In an outer metal, a material improved in rigidity/strength and enriched in a plastic deformation performance is disposed and in an inner metal, a metal material reduced in rigidity/strength and enriched in a plastic deformation performance is disposed. A bending rigidity increase rate is improved greater than a shear rigidity increase rate of the composite metal core, thereby more stabilizing the energy absorption performance based on plastic deformation as a deformation mode in which shear deformation is dominant.
