Zusammenfassung:Provided is an organic EL illumination panel in which a light-emitting surface can emit light uniformly using a simple configuration. An organic EL illumination panel 1 includes a first electrode 3, an organic EL layer 4, and a second electrode 5 which are formed on a substrate 2, wherein included are a first electrode terminal part 3a that is formed on the outside of the organic EL layer 4 along an outer margin of the organic EL layer 4 and that is connected to the first electrode 3, and a second electrode terminal part 5a that is formed on the outside of the organic EL layer 4 along the outer margin of the organic EL layer 4 and that is connected to the second electrode 5, and conductive adhesive tape 7 is adhered on the first electrode terminal part 3a and on the second electrode terminal part 5a along the outer margin of the organic EL layer 4.
