Zusammenfassung: | Provided are metal particles configured from Cu and trace elements, in which the grain diameter of the particles is 10-1,000 [mu]m, the mass ratio of Cu as measured by GDMS analysis exceeds 99.995%, and the total mass ratio of P and S among the trace elements is 3-30 ppm. Also provided is manufacturing method including: a step for melting, in a crucible, a metal material in which Cu exceeds 99.995% as measured by GDMS analysis and the total of P and S is 3-30 ppm to produce a molten metal material; a step for applying a pressure of 0.05-1.0 MPa inside the crucible, and dropping the molten metal material from an orifice 5-1,000 [mu]m in diameter, to produce molten metal droplets; and a step for rapidly solidifying the molten metal droplets in an inert gas having an oxygen concentration of 1,000 ppm or less to produce metal particles having a grain diameter of 10-1,000 [mu]m. |
