Zusammenfassung:	A formal photo management method uses a network management system to receive a photo file and implementation accordingly. A specification database related to a non-formal photo specification is established in the network management system. The method comprises the following steps: separating a face area from the photo file with image processing; analyzing whether the face area matches with a non-formal photo specification according to rules of the specification database; and if face area matches with the non-formal photo specification, a warning message is generated.
