The present invention provides a battery series-connection and parallel-connection test device that allow for test of battery performance. The technical means comprises: the test device comprising a base, first conductive bolts, second conductive bolts, a first conductive plate, a second conductive plate, first nuts, second nuts, and a foolproof unit. The base comprises a trough for receiving and accommodating batteries, first threaded holes for screwing coupling with the first conductive bolts, second threaded holes for screwing connection with the second conductive bolts, through holes and insertion slots for installation of the foolproof unit. The first conductive plate and the second conductive plate respectively correspond to the first threaded holes and the second threaded hole and allow the first conductive bolts and the second conductive bolts to extend through to be fixed with the first nuts and the second nuts. As such, to secure batteries in the trough, the present invention ensures fixing forces a
