Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses polymorphic mitochondrial DNA markers for distinguishing Phalaenopsis species and their identification method and kit. The mitochondrial DNA markers are synthesized by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with at least one pair of primers, and the at least one pair of primers includes the first one primer pair to the twenty-fifth primer pair. The method for identifying Phalaenopsis species includes synthesis of the mitochondrial DNA markers by PCR with genomic DNA and the at least one pair of primers; analysis of length variation and sequence variation of the mitochondrial DNA markers, and comparing the variation by blasting a database. The kit includes the at least one pair of primers of the mitochondrial DNA markers. |
