Zusammenfassung:	A finance service system and method is applied in the environment in which users can withdraw cash via third party payment at traveling location. With utilization of finance service system and method according to the invention, users can utilize withdraw terminal to withdraw cash of traveling location currency during traveling and carry out account debits for withdrawn cash amount at local currency through third party payment. Accordingly, users do not have to carry out cash withdraw or currency exchange at local banks/money exchange offices in travel location.
