Zusammenfassung:	The electric power conversion device of an embodiment comprises: an inverter or a converter forming the electric power provided to the load of an electric vehicle. A first and a second switch elements are in series connection between the positive electrode wiring of DC power and a first matching wiring of AC power; a third and a fourth switch elements are in series connection between the negative electrode wiring of DC power and a first matching wiring of AC power. A first clamping element is connected between a first node between the first and second switch elements and the neutral point wiring of DC power; a second clamping element is connected between a second node between the third and fourth switch elements and the neutral point wiring. The first to fourth switch elements and the first and second clamping elements are arranged upon a supporting plate.
