Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to the technical field of integrating aluminum material and plastic. Specifically, it relates to an aluminum-plastic integrated composite and manufacturing, post processing methods thereof. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, cleaning the aluminum material; step 2, subjecting the aluminum material to an anodic oxidation treatment so as to form an anodic oxide film having numerous micropores on the surface of the aluminum material; step 3, dry-heating the aluminum material; step 4, preheating the aluminum material; step 5, placing all or part of the aluminum material in the mold cavity of a mold, injecting molten plastic into the mold, allowing part of the molten plastic to fill the numerous micropores of the anodic oxide film on the surface of the aluminum material while simultaneously pressurizing the molten plastic in the mold cavity and accelerating the filling and molding; step 6, baking the mold cavity to obtain the aluminum-plastic integrated composite.
