Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a portable moisture-proof device and a dehumidifying control method thereof. The device comprises, at least, a box body, a fan disposed between the inside and the outside of the box body, and a thermoelectric chip combined with the fan. The device uses the fan to refresh the air in the box body, and is combined with the thermoelectric chip to achieve an effect of dehumidification. The device also adopts an arrangement of combination of the utility power with renewable power generation and may be receive a supply of electricity from the utility power, hand power generation, and solar power generation, such that in addition to self-supply, spare electricity can be stored for later supply to the load in the future, or supplying the stored electricity to other electronic products for use.
