Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is related to a compound named (1S)-2-acetyl-1-(4-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-5-fluoro-1,2,3,9-tetrahydrospiro([beta]-carbolin-4-1'-cyclopropane) represented by the following formula. The compound, as compared with the known TSPO antagonists, significantly inhibiting decrease of pain threshold and hence can be used as an excellent prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for fibromyalgia.
