The suction nozzle is provided with a base body having a bottom surface provided with a supporting wheel and a floor surface recognizing device, in which the supporting wheel can be raised and sunk relative to the bottom surface, and the floor surface recognizing device is configured such that the supporting wheel can be raised or sunk according to a recognized floor surface.
