Power modifying apparatus

A power modifying apparatus, which is for providing necessary power to a load, comprises: a power input device, a power distributing device, and a motor-generator set. The power distributing device has a power distribution feedback terminal and electrically connects to the power input device. The motor-generator set includes a motor, a generator and a kinetic energy transferring member. The kinetic energy transferring member is kinetically connected to the motor and the generator in which the revolution speed of the motor is faster than the revolution speed of the generator. The motor is electrically connected to the power distributing device. The generator has a power output terminal which is electrically connected to the load and the power distribution feedback terminal separately so as to provide necessary power to the load and electricity feedback to the power distribution device for modifying the power distribution.
