Environment control method and system thereof

An environmental control method comprises the following steps: a group of building performance variables is selected; a group of operating devices in the building space is selected and a group of device variables is defined; a group of circumstance variables and a group of building constants are selected according to a group of derivation functions of the group of building performance variables with respect to the group of the device variables, wherein each circumstance variable is related to at least one of the derivation functions and each building constant is related to at least one of the derivation functions; the values of the group of circumstance variables are measured; the values of the group of the building constants are determined according to the characteristics of the building space; the corresponding values of the group of the building performance values are calculated according to the values of the group of the circumstance variable, the values of the group of the device variables and the values
