The present invention is directed to analyze a real operation scenario and to generate corresponding analyzing data. The present invention discloses an interface resource analyzing apparatus and method thereof for analyzing operations of a plurality of functional blocks to access a storing device through an interface unit. The interface resource analyzing apparatus comprises a control unit configured to select a monitoring-mode and a to-be-analyzed functional block, a monitor unit configured to monitor related operations of the to-be-analyzed functional block to access the storing device according to the selected monitoring-mode to generate monitoring-data, and a calculate unit configured to process the monitoring-data according to the selected monitoring-mode to generate analyzing-data.
