Zusammenfassung:	A drive mechanism of machine tool includes a case, a planetary gear train, a driving arbor and a transmitting arbor and a clamping loop. The case has a container housing tank. The planetary gear train locates in the container housing tank and includes a sun gear, many planet gears, annular gear and holder. The sun gear rotatably disposes in the container housing tank. The planet gears surround and gear the sun gear. The annular gear surrounds the sun gear and the planet gears and gears the planet gears. The holder pivots the planet gears. The driving arbor fixes on the holder. The transmitting arbor fixes on the sun gear. The clamping loop locates between the case and annular gear and surrounds the annular gear. The clamping loop and the case together form a chamber. The clamping loop deforms along radial direction of the annular gear by pressure control of the chamber to make the clamping loop fix the annular gear or separate away the annular gear.
