Zusammenfassung:A display device and an operating method thereof are provided. The display device includes a display module, a frame buffer and a controller. The controller receives a plurality of original frames from a graphics processing unit and detects an input frame rate according to the received original frames. The controller generates and updates at least one estimation frame according to the received original frames, and the estimation frame is stored into the frame buffer. If the input frame rate is not within a stable range, the controller determines to output the estimation frame to the display module based on the input frame rate, such that the display module displays a plurality of final frames based on a frame rate. The frame rate is within the stable range.
