Zusammenfassung:	A tool change method of a machine tool is provided, which includes the following steps. A first tool-selecting step is performed to select at least one first tool from a tool storage device, and to move the first tool to a tool-changing area of the machine tool. A first tool-holding step is performed to control a main shaft of the machine tool to hold the first tool. A tool-placing step is performed to control the main shaft to put the first tool to the tool storage device. A second tool-selecting step is performed to select at least one second tool from the tool storage device. An estimating step is performed to estimate whether the second tool is in the tool-changing area. If an estimation result is yes, the main shaft is moved to a space above the second tool. If the estimation result is no, the second tool is moved to the tool-changing area. A second tool-holding step is performed to control the main shaft of the machine tool to hold the second tool.
