Motherboard assembly and information handling system thereof

Disclosed is a motherboard assembly. The motherboard assembly includes: a motherboard; a first PCIe slot arranged on the motherboard; a second PCIe slot arranged on the motherboard; a first electrical connection of the motherboard, routed to the first PCIe slot; a second electrical connection of the motherboard, routed to the second PCIe slot; a third electrical connection of the motherboard, electrically connecting the first PCIe slot and the second PCIe slot; a signal generating device with the generated signals for the first PCIe slot and the second PCIe slot, respectively via the first electrical connection and the second electrical connection; and an adaptor device, in response to the adaptor device being inserted to the first PCIe slot, via the interposer device and the third electrical connection, allowing the signals on the first electrical connection transmitted to the second PCIe slot.
