Zusammenfassung:	A cleaning sheet (1) is obtained by layering a scraping layer (5) and a water-absorbing layer (4). The scraping layer (5) comprises an air-laid nonwoven fabric in which the fiber intersection points of large-diameter fibers (2) are joined, and a plurality of the large-diameter fibers (2) are stood upright, the tip parts thereof being on the surface of the scraping layer (5). Spaces are present between the large-diameter fibers (2) in the scraping layer (5), abrasive particles (6) being detachably present in the spaces. The abrasive particles (6) do not substantially adhere to the tip regions, including the tip parts, of the large-diameter fibers (2), the tip parts of which are present on the surface of the scraping layer (5).
