A system and an operating method thereof for digital-reality survival shooting game are disclosed. This system comprises: emitters each having a first positioning unit that provides first position information for positioning a position of the emitter, a shooting unit for transmitting a shooting signal, and a first transmission unit for transmitting an emitting signal; receivers each having a second positioning unit that provides first position information for positioning a position of the receiver, a shoot-receiving unit for receiving the shooting signal in a predetermined condition, a second transmission unit for transmitting a shoot-receiving signal; and a service terminal for determining that which receiver gets shoot and which emitter gets point according to the shooting signal and the shoot-receiving signal so as to obtained a result, which is thereafter transmitted back to the receiver which gets shoot and the emitter which gets point.
