A magnetic operation controlling apparatus comprises a transmission device and a force driving device. The transmission device includes a transmission shaft and a plurality of rotating mechanism disposed on the transmission shaft. Each rotating mechanism includes a rotating wheel and a plurality of magnetic member which is disposed on the outer periphery of the rotating wheel. The force driving device includes at least one set of force driving mechanism and a controlling mechanism. Each force driving mechanism is spaced apart and disposed around the rotating devices. The force driving mechanism is provided with at least one magnetic corresponding member, which is/are disposed corresponding to the magnetic members on the rotating wheel. By means of a magnetic interaction between the magnetic members and the magnetic corresponding members, a magnetic torque is generated and the rotating wheel is rotated thereby.
