Zusammenfassung:	A dissipating device, for disposing on an electronic device, includes a heat dissipating unit and at least one fixing mechanism. The at least one fixing mechanism is utilized for fixing the electronic device and the heat dissipating unit. Each of the at least one fixing mechanism includes a fixing element, a limitation groove, a stopping portion, and an upper groove. The heat dissipating unit is disposed on the electronic device, a limitation portion of the fixing element is settled inside the limitation groove, a covering portion of the fixing element surrounds and wraps up the electronic device and the heat dissipating unit, and an engaging portion of the fixing element engages with the upper groove, for fixing the heat dissipating unit with the electronic device.
