The blocking layer includes at least two first blocking portions and at least one second blocking portion. Each first blocking portion has a plurality of first opening portions. The first opening portions are parallel to each other and separately arranged along a first direction, and each first opening portion extends along a second direction different from the first direction. The second blocking portion is disposed between the first blocking portions and extends along the first direction. The second blocking portion has a plurality of second opening portions. The second opening portions are parallel to each other and separately arranged along the first direction. A first width of each first opening portion is greater than or equal to a second width of each opening portion, and the second widths are different.
