Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a stripping liquid composition and a method using the stripping liquid composition to remove a polymer film. The stripping liquid composition includes: inorganic alkali with a content of 5 to 25% in terms of the total weight of the stripping liquid composition; amine compound with a content of 5 to 30% in terms of the total weight of the stripping liquid composition; polar solvent with a content of 5 to 60% in terms of the total weight of the stripping liquid composition; and water-based medium. The method of the present invention is able to remove a polymer film without damaging a carrying board.
