Zusammenfassung:	A method for forming a drilled cast in which drilling by means of a drill 17 is executed so as to achieve communication with a casting hole 12 includes a casting process and a drilling process. Casted in the casting process is a cast 10 formed with the casting hole 12 which has a flat surface 15a. The flat surface 15a has, at a position subject to drilling by means of the drill 17, a width of a second length H2 equal to a sum of a diameter D of the drill 17 and a first length H1 corresponding to a manufacturing error possibly involved in the cast 10. Formed in the drilling process by means of the drill 17 is a through hole 13 which communicates an interior of the casting hole 12 and an exterior of the cast 10 via the flat surface 15a.
