A wrench tool with a clamping and positioning device is provided, in which a containing part is arranged at least at one end of a wrench body. A tool seat is installed in the containing part, and the tool seat is provided with a multi-angle shaped sleeve groove for sleeving the operation tools. A clamping and positioning device is provided with a large-diameter expansion annular groove and a small-diameter resisting annular groove opened at the ring side of the sleeve groove of the tool seat, and a clamping ring capable of opening and closing is placed in the expansion annular groove and resisting annular groove for clamping the operation tool.
