Zusammenfassung:A positioning mechanism is configured to position a heat dissipating member to a circuit board. A heat generating part is located on the circuit board. The dissipating member abuts the heat generating part. The positioning member includes a plurality of receiving members and a plurality of positioning members. The plurality of receiving members and the plurality of positioning members are respectively installed on the heat dissipating member and the circuit board and contact with each other, to prevent the heat dissipating member from moving relative to the heat generating part in a plane that is parallel to the circuit board before the plurality of the receiving members are secured to the plurality of positioning members. The invention further discloses an electronic device with the positioning member.
