Zusammenfassung:A frame assembly is provided having a base frame coupleable to the hanging structure and a picture holder assembly detachably coupleable to the base frame. The picture holder assembly includes an exterior border portion having means to detachably couple to the base frame, the exterior border portion being detachable without the need to first remove the base frame from the hanging structure; a cover; and a holder detachably coupled to the exterior border portion, the holder and the cover securing a picture therebetween. Related systems and methods to attach the frame assembly are also provided.
